Welcome!  

I am Laura Israel, a Sound Healer and Reiki Master based in Hamburg, Germany, working online and in person, travelling to share my passion. 

My biggest goal in life is to live at ease.  To wake up and go to sleep with the calmest nervous system ever.

I help you live a life that feels more rested. Through opening up to rest you not just find more peace but also a life that feels more expansive.

Taking you from a life that feels like it doesn't fit you, to a life that feels so exciting on all levels.

As rest and peace is the entry way into your feel-good life. Life is allowed to feel good, expanding and exciting. 

I love blending the art of Sound Healing, Somatic Sound Meditations, Reiki and Kundalini to create a symphony of serenity and deep relaxation. I truly believe in the profound impact of vibrational frequencies on the human spirit.

Since I made room and space for my rest rituals my whole life changed. I am feeling how the ease and peace that I feel during my practices are more and more present in my daily life and affect every decision that I take.
