Reiki I
Beginnings teaching
Shoden means “beginnings teaching” in Japanese and so the Shoden Reiki I course is the basis for getting started with Reiki. It is an introduction to the world of spiritual life energy. Reiki can be translated as spiritual life energy, a healing method with its origins in Japanese culture.
A balancing, intelligent, harmonizing energy that heals on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
The Japanese Reiki system is a spiritual practice with tools and meditations that help a person to align and connect with their true self.
You will receive an introduction to the elements of the system of Reiki:
Gokai - Develop the spiritual and mental connection with the help of Gokai (five principles)
Kokyû hô - Learning Kokyû hô (breathing techniques)
the foundational Reiki Principles
Gassho (bringing hands together in prayer)
proper hand placements for treating both yourself and others, Tenohira - The physical practice of Tenohira (laying on of hands) on oneself or others for the purpose of healing.
the fundamental healing techniques, and effective methods for working with clients.
Reiju - Receiving reiju (blessing) from a teacher to develop the student's energetic connection.

Mystery teachings
Here you will immerse yourself in your connection to the profound vibrations of unconditional love - Reiki and strengthen the path of self-mastery. This course is designed for those who are ready to delve deeper into their role as a healer and expand their commitment as a teacher. This journey is a fusion of light, healing and teaching and offers a path to personal and professional growth.
You will learn how to teach Reiki I, II and the Master, you will be initiated into Rejius, we will meditate and practice laying on of hands, we will connect and share, enjoy a dinner all together, connect with nature and go on an excursion, be together in a ceremony and share about Reiki.
Prerequisite is to have successfully completed both Reiki 1 and Reiki 2.
